She is currently the International Commercial Director for OCMs, where she spearheads the expansion of its network and cutting-edge, AI-powered advertising solutions, such as AdSquirrel, across CEE and MENA. Paulina’s focus is on scaling advanced targeting to advertising media solutions by demonstrating her leadership in leveraging data and AI to deliver superior advertising outcomes.

Paulina’s career milestones mark her as a true pioneer. She co-founded Groupon Greece LLC, introducing the revolutionary concept of online service and product buying to the Greek market in 2010. Later, she led the establishment of the first Retail Media network in Greece, achieving substantial business growth, while also leading her teams in the introduction of native advertising in the Romanian and Greek markets. Prior to OCM, as the Global Agency Director CEE & MEA for Taboola (TDG), she drove strategic initiatives with the largest Holding Companies, expanding the ad solutions offering to the enterprise business in Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
