Discounts
DMS members can benefit from a 10% discount, which is only valid on the regular tickets (Full Pass, Awards ceremony + Friday, Party).
Discount does not apply to Early Bird.
Group discount:
7 + 3 gratis: if you buy 10 tickets at the same time, 3 with the lowest price are free.
10 + 4 gratis: if you buy 14 tickets at the same time, 4 with the lowest price are free.
Canceling the conference registration
Failing to pay the pro forma invoice does not automatically imply cancellation of the registration. In case you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us pursuant to the Terms and Conditions in written form at: info@sempl.si.
There is no cancellation fee for cancellations up to 31 August 2025; for cancellations between 1 September and 26 October 2025, a cancellation fee of 70% of the registration fee applies; and from 27 October 2025, cancellation with a refund of the registration fee is possible only in case of force majeure, with appropriate proof. This excludes entry fees included in promotional offers (Black Friday Full Pass).
In case of cancellation after the specified deadline or non-participation in the event for any reason, the participant is obliged to pay the registration fee in full, or the already paid registration fee is withheld in full. In case of cancellation of the registration fee, the participant is not entitled to credit for 2026.
In the event that the registered person cannot attend the event due to force majeure (natural disasters, illness or death of close family members), it is possible to register a substitute participant. A request to change participant must be sent in writing to the e-mail address info@sempl.si. Changing the participant is free of charge for changes made by 31 October 2025. After the specified deadline, an administrative fee of EUR 90 + VAT will be charged for the change. There will be no possibility of changes at the conference reception.
