After ten years of career development, her diverse knowledge and varied experiences have merged into a meaningful entity. From her beginnings at a public relations agency, through exploring internal communications, event organization, online advertising, learning about the media landscape, and product marketing, her interest in employer branding continued to grow.

For the past four years, as an employer branding consultant, she has been putting herself on the research map of this field in Slovenia. She likes to break new ground with ever-changing tactics, enriches strategy, thinks critically with pride, and does not just follow trends from abroad, but creates new ones that serve as inspiration for other (Slovenian) companies. She sees enormous potential in the undiscovered and is motivated by all the success stories of the past.
