After earning her degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo, Nermina Kelic joined one of the world’s most renowned marketing networks. Since 2008, she has built a rich and diverse career—first at McCann, and later at its sister agency UM Sarajevo, where she has held the position of Managing Director since 2014.

Her expertise spans strategic planning, media planning and buying across traditional and digital platforms, social media management, and more. These skills have been honed through years of dedicated work and successful project leadership for major clients including The Coca-Cola Company, Mercator, Raiffeisen BANK, Violeta, Podravka, H&M, MasterCard, and others.

A passionate advocate for professional development, Nermina frequently shares her knowledge as a mentor and lecturer at universities, seminars, and industry conferences. Her commitment to elevating the marketing profession was further demonstrated during her recent two-year term as President JIC Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Outside of work, Nermina finds joy in photography and painting. She cherishes time spent with her two blue-eyed children and continues to find inspiration in what she proudly calls “the best job in the world.”
