Irena Žagar is the founder of Cluekit, the company behind three fast-growing brands – Buzztik, Aboutbuzz, and SmartNinja. Buzztik is a performance-driven influencer platform that connects video creators with brands, enabling fast, scalable, and authentic video production for social media. With the newly launched Aboutbuzz, users can share honest video reviews of their experiences with products and services. At the same time, brands boost their conversion metrics by showcasing real customer opinions directly on their websites.

Her third venture, SmartNinja, is a practical coding school offering both online and in-person courses in digital and IT skills – from beginner programming to advanced web development.

With over a decade of experience in digital marketing, Irena is also an active mentor in the startup ecosystem (PONI, Start: up Slovenia) and frequently leads entrepreneurship workshops for young innovators. She is passionate about fostering local business growth, creative economies, and inclusive digital education.
