Gizem Ozturk is a passionate and accomplished leader in the field of global learning and talent development. Born in Turkey, Gizem's journey exemplifies the transformative power of cross-cultural experiences—from receiving a coveted AFS scholarship that led to her attending high school in the US, to earning undergraduate and master's degrees in Psychology and Human Resources in New York.

Gizem's global experiences, including solo travels to over 30 countries, have imbued her with a deep understanding of interconnected cultures and a steadfast commitment to fostering intercultural engagement. This ethos is at the core of Gizem's work as the Global Director of the renowned TBWA\GLP (Global Learning Programs), where she meticulously manages immersive in-person programs that offer high-touch, personalized experiences for participants.

Gizem's leadership abilities first ignited during her graduate studies when she spearheaded the International Rotary Club's "Turn On Your Heart" initiative, a heartfelt project supporting refugee children. This transformative experience solidified her passion for making a tangible difference, especially for marginalized communities.
