Dejan Petelin is an expert in the field of artificial intelligence and co-founder of Pareto AI, a company specializing in the development of AI solutions. He is currently focused on the development of autonomous AI agents for performing complex operations. He has been working in this field for 15 years – initially as a researcher at the Jožef Stefan Institute, where he also obtained his doctorate, and for the last ten years he has been primarily involved in the introduction of AI in the economy, with the main goal of improving processes and user experience.Before founding Pareta AI, Petelin worked in London at the start-up company Gousto, where he assembled a data team at the very beginning of the company's establishment and led it to "unicorn" status, which Gousto achieved with an investment from SoftBank and a valuation of over a billion dollars.
