All we need is just a little patience

At SEMPL, we will challenge ourselves and try to figure out how to adapt to the age of impatience and how can brands better engage with their audience and be more efficient. This need for patience reflects in this year’s SEMPL visual identity – a shell with pearls.

‘The formation of a pearl in a shell is a unique and time-consuming process. It is not something that happens overnight but is the result of the continuous gradual work of nature. Some pearls are formed in a few months, while the most sophisticated ones blossom in a long-lasting process of waiting and development,’ explain the authors of the new visual identity from Futura DDB agency. The shell, which secretes thin layers around a foreign object, represents the extraordinary patience of nature, which creates something exceptional. It reminds us that we need patience to get the best things in life and eventually yield extraordinary achievements.
