Maša started working at Pristop Media as a student, when she was finding her place in the marketing world. She knew she wanted something that combines creativity and calculations and thus began to build her path as a media assistant. She quickly advanced from media planner to media strategist with excellent knowledge of all media, both offline and digital. Today, she has more than 8 years of experience in managing teams and clients from various industries such as automotive, retail and services. The most important virtues for her are accuracy and good relations with the team and clients, as she believes that quality work is the basis for trust and effective media campaigns. She is an avid user of media research and tools and her suggestions are always data-driven. She is aware that trusting and caring for campaigns also brings with it a certain amount of responsibility that goes beyond efficient budget allocation. That is why she upgraded her usual work obligations with calculating the emissions of advertising campaigns and trying to reduce the effects of campaigns on the environment as much as possible.
