The second day began with an excellent lecture by Karmen Krumpestar and Artur Mosiak. Artur first pointed out how properly utilized data and intelligent systems do not only mean adapting to new circumstances, but also pave the way for bolder, smarter marketing strategies of the future. In his detailed lecture, Massimo Bernardi emphasized a key truth: even the most sophisticated standards are worthless if they ignore the emotional experience. He showed how insights from the hotel industry can greatly enrich marketing, as it all starts with our ability to truly listen, accept what is said without defensive reactions, and only then develop solutions that really hit the mark.

The conversation between Smiljan Mori and Petra Kovič emphasized that the real power of sales lies not in numbers, but in solving real challenges faced by people. This is also the core of Build Your Empire – a prestigious business conference for entrepreneurs and leaders who want to take clarity, strategy, and influence to the next level. Robin Sharma and Smiljan Mori will meet on stage to combine their knowledge and approaches for personal and business breakthroughs.

At the very end, we witnessed two spectacular duels. The first was staged in an energetic clash of arguments between Pristop's Alina Žugelj Pikalo and Pia Rajterič, who resolutely confronted the stability of classic channels and the boldness of new formats, proven effectiveness and unstoppable creative speed. Who won? Those who witnessed the heated confrontation know best.

The second big duel took place in a similar spirit. This time, Dunja Ivana Ballon and Marjan Novak faced off and, without embellishment, exposed the differences in the reputations, challenges, and opportunities of the advertising scenes in both countries. The result? The duel exposed reality and offered honest, courageous answers.
