Mirsada Kadribašić holds a degree in economics and has over 20 years of experience in the FMCG industry. She currently works at Atlantic Grupa as a Senior Brand Building Manager, responsible for the Argeta brand and the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia.

She gained extensive knowledge in category management during her many years at Konzum BiH, which allowed her to develop a unique market perspective and the ability to identify opportunities for building strong and successful brands. Throughout her career, she has achieved notable results working with brands such as Argeta, Jami, and Konzum’s private label.

In addition to her professional career, she is also actively involved in watercolor painting. To date, she has held six solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions. Through her artistic work, she conveys messages of positivity and support, especially aimed at women.

She believes that marketing and art share key principles—understanding emotions and creating meaningful connections with audiences—which she skillfully applies in developing impactful campaigns.
