Katja works in Slovenia and is responsible for portfolio of international brand for the Heineken Group, where as Brand Manager is responsible for strategy development, brand growth and market presence. Before taking over the role she was leading media and insight manager for Heineken brands Union, Laško, Sola, Zala in Smile where she also promoted consumer-centric approach in the organisation, which included in-depth market research, analysis of consumer insights and use of these to maximise ABTL performance and successfully launch innovations in the market.
Before that, she worked for several years in the agency world, at Pristop Group and Luna TBWA / OMG, where she was responsible for digital and media strategy and project management in the automotive, insurance, banking, pharmaceutical, FMCG and beauty industries.
