Maja with dedicated team at the Novak Djokovic Foundation, has spent the past 10 years working as the Foundation’s Director, championing early childhood education across Serbia. 

For over 20 years, Maja has been by Novak’s side, sharing in his journey and witnessing firsthand how a young boy’s dream became an extraordinary reality. This experience transformed her, showing her that anything is possible and shaping her into someone who truly believes in miracles. While motivational phrases can be inspiring, it’s not always easy to keep believing in them—but watching Novak’s path up close convinced her that change is within reach.

Today, Maja is dedicated to making sure every child, especially those in underserved communities, has a chance to fulfil their potential. Together with the Foundation team, she believes that they can transform the future for children across Serbia, the region, and beyond.
