Phil, an early pioneer of influencer marketing, co-founded award winning social agency Disrupt. Helping major global players such as, Absolut, Thomas Cook, Clarks Originals and House of Marley leverage culture to make their brands famous. FOUND Group acquired Disrupt in 2018, seeing Phil jump back into startup mode and with his latest venture Reboxed, an online marketplace for pre-owned and refurbished tech launching in 2020. Phil co-hosts, Brandtrepreneur, a podcast and consultancy fuelling entrepreneurs across the world to innovate, disrupt and challenge the status quo, transforming todays entrepreneurs into tomorrows brand builders. A seasoned speaker, Phil has presented and moderated panels at Eurobest, SXSW, Cannes Lions, Youth Marketing Summit, FMF Barcelona, Midem and The Great Escape.
