Lidija Rakuša is the Marketing Director at Spar Slovenija. After completing her studies, she acquired experience as a media planner, strategist and manager in advertising agencies. She became very familiar with the retail industry as the Head of Advertising at Lidl and later as the Marketing Director at Merkur. At Spar, she wants to co-create and contribute with her team to the growth of what is already one of the strongest brands on the market. She believes in the power of teamwork, integration, professionalism and excellence in execution. She is also active in the professional field and is a member of the Slovenian Advertising Arbitration Court.
