Andreja Lenart has more than 20 years’ experience working in telecommunications. As Marketing Director at Telekom Slovenije, she is responsible for corporate brand management, ensuring user experience excellence, market insight, and planning and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication activities, including media buying, digital marketing, and event management and direct marketing, as well as social responsibility and sponsorship activities. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics, but as modern communications are constantly evolving, she and her colleagues are continuously working on improving and upgrading their skills in the areas of digitalisation, transformation, innovation, and the development of new business models. In her work, she is committed to a strategic approach and to prudence, guided by a focus on goals and the fostering of team spirit and loyalty. She joined Telekom Slovenije in 1998 as a Marketing Project Assistant, after which she worked in various areas of marketing. After leading the Marketing Department from 2003 to 2005, she also headed the Marketing Communications and Strategic Marketing Departments at various times, and then in 2017 she took over as Marketing Director.
