After the first day of the 19th Sempl conference the 15th Sempler Awards Show followed where ten Golden Semplers and the Grand Sempler were awarded. The Grand Sempler for the best media strategy in the Adriatic region went to Grey Ljubljana for “The Bedtime Storytellers” created for the client A1 Slovenija.
This year SEMPL will break records! No less than 89 projects from four countries were entered to the Sempler Awards, regional competition for the best media strategies of the year. The largest number of entries created by agencies, media strategists, advertisers and the media from the Adriatic region was in the categories innovative use of the communication channel and the best targeted campaign (with 14 entries each) followed by the category the best social media campaign (12 entries) and a new category introduced this year the best PR strategic or promotion with ten entered projects.
