If you want to participate in the 13th Sempl seminar, please complete an online application form.

ADVISORY NOTE:

1.) Please complete the application form for each individual person that will participate.

2.) All the fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed or the application form is invalid.

3.) Students who complete the application form with a student fee must send the confirmation of enrolment within seven (7) days of completing an e-application to the e-address: prijava@sempl.si or by regular mail to the address: MM - Marketing magazin, Gosposvetska 10, 1000 Ljubljana.
